This course is designed for those that wish to work in environments where there is the production of drinking water, such as water supplied by regional water companies.

The National Water Hygiene Card is commonly referred to as the ‘blue card’ in the industry, and we are here to help you obtain one. Our National Water Hygiene Card Training course is second to none and can be specialised to suit your employees as well as your workplace. We can also provide the course to any individual looking to obtain a National Water Hygiene Card and the knowledge the training offers.

The main objective of National Water Hygiene Card Training is to provide candidates with an overall basic understanding of the importance of maintaining good hygiene standards when working with potable water, regardless of the environment. Holders of a National Water Hygiene Card provided by us will appear on the Energy and Utility Skills Register (EUSR) and the training itself has been developed by EUSR.

Therefore, it is guaranteed that the qualification will have a lasting effect and will be recognised by various water companies including United Utilities and Yorkshire Water. The National Water Hygiene card is valid for three years a temporary cover note will be issued to all successful candidates pending delivery of the card.

EUSR SHEA WATER (CSCS)

The SHEA Water Passport Course is accredited by the water industry and has been designed for individuals that work in environments involving water. It is also known as the Energy & Utility Skills – Utility SHEA Water Passport. This course is ideal for those that work for water companies such as United Utilities, Thames Water and Dwr Cywru, Bristol Water but to name a few, who may require SHEA Water as a minimum H&S requirement.

These companies may require you to undertake such training. 

The SHEA Water Passport Course is affiliated with the CSCS Scheme, hence allowing water industry staff to access various sites for utility work without the need for an additional CSCS card.

The SHEA Water Passport training can be carried out at your place of work or at our site, thus making this course highly convenient for getting your personnel up to speed. 

There are 8 modules involved when undertaking training with our SHEA Water Passport Course. To name a few items from the course, there is an initial module dedicated to the individual responsibilities of every employee and what they must do in their role. One of the modules also covers risk assessment and workplace procedures.
